Also, many of these roads have heavy car traffic, often with oblivious or aggressive drivers. If you are not comfortable riding in high-speed traffic, then these rides are not for you.
If you are not sure that you are capable of doing these rides, then that is a sure sign that you are NOT capable of doing them.
